Summary
Born and raised on a sheep ranch, Tommy dreams of becoming a great musician, but when his antics to impress his new beautiful classmate Kat backfire, he has to do community service with her. Tommy decides that they will serve by forming and leading a prison band. Given a second chance, Tommy finds a way to beat the odds, win Kat's affection, and conduct the concert of his life
